About the Instructor: Todd Lorenc was born and raised in Joliet,Illinois. Armed with a talent for art from age three, he studied hiscraft throughout his school years and on into college. As a graduate ofChicago’s American Academy of Art, Todd took a job with an advertisingagency in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. He was involved with the designof McDonald’s Happy Meal toys. Many of those designs were of Disneycharacters set to coincide with the release of movies.

A resident of Dixon since his marriage in 1997, Todd enjoys creatingmurals, caricatures, portraits, landscapes, cartoons, and comics.
