Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 23, 2008.

The Next Picture Show is sponsoring Art 4 Arts Sake. It is a silent/live auction of art created by over 30 artists live! ALL proceeds from ticket sales and art sales will go to the benefit of The Next Picture Show in Dixon, Illinois.

Tickets will be $35 per person (details below). What do I get for my $35 you may ask?

• A good feeling deep down inside for helping keep this great art center open
• Watching artists painting and creating before your very eyes. Most artists are shut up in their studios and the public doesn't have the chance to see what the creative process is like.
• Live music
• Wonderful hot and cold refreshments from our fine local dining establishments
• Wine, Beer, Soft drinks to wash down the aforementioned refreshments

TIME: 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
WHERE: Commerce Towers, 215 E. First Street, Dixon, IL, note: this will NOT be held at the gallery
COST: $35 per person.
